### Samsung publishes the rack positions, and they matter

The Flex Duo partition turns one cavity into two and the range will not cook until it knows exactly where it is: third rack position from the top on electric and dual fuel models, fourth on gas, pushed fully home on both sides. Samsung reports -dE- or -dC- when it is not. A large share of these calls are the partition in the wrong slot, and the rest are the switch at the back of the cavity.
